Adam 'Coakers' Coakley (pictured - coming on as a sub [No. 16] against East Stirling) has joined Alloa Athletic on a temporary loan deal.The story appears on http://www.gmfc.net/ and says that Coakley will be with Alloa until the end of October. His contract with Morton expires in January.
Jim McInally is quoted as saying: "We hope this will give Adam more first team experience than we are able to at the moment."
I feel sorry for Coakley but he clearly isn't up to it at 1st division level. Personally I don't even think he is good enough for senior football and wont make any impression at Alloa. I'm pretty sure his contract at Morton wont be renewed.
