Morton's 2nd Division Championship has been recognised by Inverclyde Council when they held a Civic Reception in Greenock Town Hall last week.The story appeared in today's Greenock Telegraph and includes quotes from Provost Michael McCormick (pictured) in which he paid glowing tribute to the club and the achievement of winning the league and our cup win against Kilmarnock.
Unfortunately the story doesn't appear on the Tele' website and I didn't buy the paper today so cant even take a photograph on my mobile phone.
