Morton manager Jim McInally has revealed that former Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock sent him a hand written letter of congratulations on Morton's promotion to the first division.
Last summer Warnock brought his United team to Cappielow for a pre-season friendly. At the time he revealed he had a soft spot for Morton as he has a family link with the area. He also revealed that he has a holiday home in Dunoon and paid £50 for a brick at Cappielow.
