East Stirling Match All Ticket

East Stirling have announced that the Challenge cup quarter-final against Morton will be all ticket. The police have made this decision because of the small number of turnstiles and the fact there is only one main exit gate.

According to the Scottish Football League Review Firs Park has a capacity of 781 (536 standing, 245 seated). The East Stirling website says that the capacity has been set at 750 for this match.

East Stirling secretary Les Thomson is quoted as saying: "We were not willing to move the game. We do have problems with access and exits and that is why the crowd limit has been set as it has. We have been told Morton will bring six supporters' buses to the game and we have to make provision for them too. Everything is in order to make sure the match goes ahead at Firs Park."
According to http://www.gmfc.net/ Morton will receive an allocation of 400 tickets.
