Morton make the long journey north to face Peterhead in the 2nd round of the Challenge cup today. One bus has been booked to be shared between all of the main supporters clubs so the Morton support could be at it's lowest since a midweek outing at Inverness in the bad old days. Around 20 Morton fans attended that match after we travelled up in a mini bus from the Morton Supporters Club.
Morton are without McLaughlin and MacGregor as both are still out injured. Iain Russell is cup tied so I'd expect Michael Gardyne to come in for his first start for the club.
Peterhead are without Marino Keith, Stuart Soane and Steven Istead.
My Prediction : Peterhead 0 - 1 Morton
