Morton have today confirmed the signing of Queen Of The South midfielder Neil MacFarlane.MacFarlane, 31, has signed a two year deal.
Davie Irons is delighted with the signing and told gmfc.net about the role he envisages MacFarlane (pictured, left) playing next season: “He would be a sitting midfielder for us, protecting the defence. We need someone to give us that security, to win the ball and keep it simple.I'm delighted he'll be in the squad."
