Morton's match with Falkirk will go ahead on Saturday despite the chaos caused by the refereeing strike.The SFA and SFL have secured the services of referees from several European associations, including Poland and the Netherlands. However, they could not secure enough to cover all of Saturday's fixtures.
The Ton match was drawn ahead of nine other SFL fixtures. Meanwhile, six SPL games and the Alba Challenge Cup final will also go ahead.
Despite the good news that our match was picked out of the hat, the cold weather means that the match may still be in doubt, as the club issued a plea earlier this evening for help to lay covers over the pitch.
