Miscellaneous: * Peter was supposed to move to Falkirk as part of a swap deal with Brian Hamilton. However Hamilton decided he didn't want to come to Cappielow but Duffield had already signed a contract with Falkirk. As a result Duffield joined Falkirk for free.

Peter will always be remembered for his double on his debut in the 3-0 derby win against St. Mirren at Cappielow in 1997. One of his goals was a spectacular overhead kick at the Sinclair Street end.
