Former Stenhousemuir manager Des McKeown has today criticised Celtic for rejecting Morton's bids for young striker Paul McGowan.The criticism appeared in McKeown's regular column in the Scottish Sun's Supergoals pull-out.
The crux of McKeown's criticism is that Celtic were wrong to reject Morton's bid because the offer is generous by today's transfer standards and McGowan has no real chance of making a break through at Parkhead anyway. He also states that the only reason Celtic value him at £150,000 is because of his performances for Morton.
