The draw for the semi-finals of the Alba Challenge Cup will be made on Thursday and 'Ton manager Davie Irons only wants to avoid one tie - a trip to Dingwall to face Ross County.
He told the Evening Times' Bert Mitchell: "I guess the one tie you don't want is Ross County away. But if we maintain the form we showed at Queens we have a chance whoever we get."
Morton have played four cup ties so far this season and all four have been away from home. I suspect most Morton fans will echo the manager's sentiments.
