Jim's Last Game For Ton

It looks like Jim McAlister may have already played his last game for Morton after breaking a metatarsal that will rule him out for the rest of the season.

"Jim's got a fractured metatarsal. So, unfortunately, that will be him out for the rest of the season," Ton assistant manager Allan McManus told the Greenock Telegraph.

The 24-year-old's contract expires this summer and he has made it pretty clear that he is looking to move on in the summer. So, it looks like Jim may have played his last game in the blue and white hoops.

One possible destination may be Aberdeen. Dons boss Mark McGhee has been a long term admirer, but it remains to be seen whether he will still be in charge by then.
