
The two strikers' spells at Morton were in stark contrast to each other. Jordan began his career at Cappielow, while Chalmers (pictured: posing for Morton's 1971/72 team photograph) wound down a glorious career, in which he scored Celtic's winning goal in the 1967 European Cup Final, with just under two seasons in Greenock.
