Ton's Uncapped Wonders

This week, STV announced the results of their poll to find Scotland's Greatest Team and, as expected, it included illustrious names such as Dalglish, Law and Souness.

However, the Scottish Sun's Roger Hannah recently honoured the nearly men by choosing Scotland's Uncapped Wonders - and four ex-Morton players featured in the eleven. Ton legends Andy Ritchie and Jim Duffy were joined by Alex Miller and John McMaster, who both had short playing spells at Cappielow.

The full eleven was: Hamish McAlpine, Alex Miller, Jim Duffy, John Brown, John McMaster; Gordon Smith, Bobby Russell, John McGovern, Peter Marinello; Harry Hood, Andy Ritchie.
