An Evening Times article by Matthew Lindsay today claims that Morton are interested in 19 year old striker Adam Coakley.Coakley was released by Motherwell at the end of last season after making only two sub appearances. He also spent a month on loan at Stenhousemuir.
The article says that he is likely to ignore interest from Morton and Bournemouth to sign for Partick Thistle.
