According to a news item on Inverclyde Now Scott McLaughlin suffered a broken and dislocated wrist during last night's match at Gretna. Manager Jim McInally says he expects Scott to be out of action for a "couple of months at least".The injury happened right in front me and looked serious straight away. The policewoman standing behind me said she heard a crack and Scott was stretchered off clutching his arm.
It's very disappointing news considering the lack of depth in our squad at the moment. I'm sure all Morton fans wish Scott a speedy recovery.
